• Ceramic filling metering pumps consist of a ceramic pump body, rotary valve, metering rod, stainless steel inlet and outlet nozzles and connectors. 

Ceramic filling metering pump working principle:

• The mouth of the rotary valve is aligned with the inlet port, and the downward linear movement of the ceramic column generates negative pressure and draws in liquid;

• The port of the rotary valve is aligned with the outlet port, and the upward linear movement of the ceramic column generates positive pressure and discharges the liquid.

1. As the ceramic rod and ceramic sleeve are precision fittings, the gap is very small and cannot be interchanged; the products have been numbered before leaving the factory and cannot be interchanduring cleaning and assembly.

2. Ensure that all sealing parts are installed in place and must not leak before loading the machine.
   

3. It is necessary to eliminate the assembly gap with the filling machine components (assembly gap leads to changes in the stroke, which leads to measurement inaccuracy), and must protect the coaxiality omoving parts (affecting the service life of the pump and the accuracy of loading).
