High pressure solenoid valves realize automatic on/off control of fluid in high-pressure pipelines via electromagnetic signals. They are mainly classified into direct acting type and pilot operated type. Adopting a disc piston structure, the built-in guide assembly ensures the piston moves centrally to reduce jamming failures. The 3D sealing structure supports optional sealing materials to achieve zero leakage. The valve body is mainly available in brass and stainless steel.

1. Structural Features

2. Working Principle
Pilot-operated normally closed high pressure solenoid valve: When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated to open the pilot valve. The pressure above the piston drops, and the medium pressure difference pushes the piston upward to open the pipeline. When the coil is de-energized, the piston falls back and shuts off the pipeline.
3. Installation Precautions
Verify parameters against the manual before installation to confirm suitability for working conditions;
Thoroughly flush the pipeline. Install a filter if the medium is unclean;
For long-term idle equipment before reuse, remove internal condensates; place and reassemble disassembled parts in order;
Solenoid valves are unidirectional. The arrow marked on the valve body must match the medium flow direction; reverse installation is prohibited;
Provide heating or thermal insulation protection in low-temperature freezing environments;
Install the valve body horizontally as much as possible with the coil vertically upward. For continuous production, a bypass is recommended so maintenance does not interrupt production;
Ensure wiring connectors are firmly connected and electrical contacts have no looseness or vibration.
4. Storage & Preservation Requirements
Inspect product appearance and accessories after unpacking. Contact the carrier and manufacturer promptly if any damage is found;
For unused products, storage ambient temperature: 0‑40℃, relative humidity ≤80%. Place on dry wooden boards when stored on the ground for moisture protection.
