The electronic expansion valve will have one or other fault. When a fault occurs, the fault needs to be analyzed so that the correct measures can be taken to solve the fault of the electronic expansion valve. The faults of the expansion valve in Yulon, Jiaxing, and Beijing are roughly divided into three categories: one is the fault of the electronic throttle valve component, one is the of the nozzle component, and the other is the fault of the valve body component. The following is a summary of the fault analysis and treatment methods for these three types of faults
1. Fault Analysis and Treatment of Electronic Throttle Valve Components
Open the electronic throttle valve component shell, connect the device power supply, the electronic expansion valve coil by hand, and check if there is any action, whether the coil has a working indication. If there is no action, check according to the following steps
1 Check if the electronic expansion valve coil body is broken. If so, reconnect the wires.
2 Check if the connection between the electronic expansion valve coil the mainboard connector is loose. If so, please re-insert.
3 Check if the mainboard has fault alarms, and eliminate other factors.
Check if the mainboard output voltage is normal DC 12V.
5 Measure whether the resistance of the electronic expansion valve coil is normal 463. it is abnormal, replace the coil.
2. Fault Analysis and Treatment of Nozzle
1 Apply soapy water to all welded parts and nut of the pipeline, and see if there are bubbles. If there is leakage, re-weld or adjust.
2 Before the pipeline is re-welded the valve body shall be protected according to the requirements for use, and the system shall be cleaned.
3. Fault Analysis and Treatment of Valve Body
confirming that the resistance and connector of the coil part are normal, connect the power supply of the unit to run, hold the valve body part by hand, and feel if the valve moves. The time for the valve body to go from fully open to fully closed is about 6 seconds. When the valve body is in the fully open or fully closed position, the voltage is continuously applied, the valve body will emit a loud binding tower sound. If the action time is too short or there is no action, it is possible that the valve limit mechanism or valve needle is stuck, please perform the following operations:
1 Remove the coil and check if there are any collision marks on the stainless steel shell of the body. If so, replace the valve body.
2 If the valve body does not move, tap the valve body part of the valve body lightly. If not, to the next step.
3 Turn on and off the machine repeatedly. If it is a cold and warm device, repeat the refrigeration/heating conversion three times If the valve body moves after power on, it indicates that there are impurities in the system that are stuck. If it still doesn't work, remove the electronic throttle valve component
4 Blow the removed electronic throttle valve components separately with clean nitrogen in both directions, and then send a pulse signal to the single body, observe whether the valve body moves If there is no action, return to the factory for further analysis.
5 After the above steps, the single body can be re-installed and used normally. Before, it is necessary to clean the refrigeration system to prevent impurities from adhering again.
